What Tushiyah did
Developed and delivered a training programme nationally in 7 provinces to entrepreneurs with the TechnoServe BBB Alumni programme. Topics focus mainly on marketing, finance (including TBL) and operations.
What was the outcome?
About 200 participants were trained and coached in Business Management Skills. Participants were able to apply budgeting principles and improve their financial management in the businesses. The operations module on process mapping was also rated very high by participants. See attached the reference letter from the client.
