We developed a training programme focused on the various elements of establishing and running an efficient distribution business.

20 small business owners across Mpumalanga and the eastern part of Gauteng received training on distribution.

The client wanted to outsource some of their non-core divisions to current employees to give them an opportunity to run their own businesses and supply back into the business. Tushiyah developed the business model and established a pricing structure and all the support processes to get the small businesses established Tushiyah together with one of its partners has also developed a business support structure where by these new entrepreneurs will be given the necessary financial support, mentorship and training.

The client had a number of initiatives they had identified as potential Enterprise Development (ED) initiatives but was not sure how to prioritise the initiatives We developed a 3-year enterprise development plan including prioritisation of the ED initiatives by budget and alignment to business objectives.

The enterprise development plan has been adopted and is in process of implementation.

The client wanted a comprehensive BBBEE strategy that would help them achieve their business objectives
We conducted a gap analysis of their BBBEE scorecard ‘as is‘ in relation to where they want to be as a business. Identifying the gaps assisted us in answering what the business needs to do to close these gaps in the most cost-effective way while remaining aligned to business strategy.
